| What is the difference between the 21-day trial version and registered version? |
| The Trial Version has the same functionality of the full registered version with only two differences: the trial version will only operate on your computer for 21 days after installation; and the trial version will not perform exporting. |

| Go to our Purchase Page page and click on the link to buy the software license. We will email you a registration key that will allow you to continue using the software without time restrictions. |

| I am having a problem installing your program on my Windows 98 (or Windows 95) System. What can I do? |
If you are having problems installing our program on a Windows 98 or a Windows 95 system you may need a Microsoft Update. Download and Run this program (dcom98.exe) and then run our setup (ICMSetup) program again.
If you are still experiencing a problem, or you don't have a Windows 95 or 98 system please contact our Technical Support here. |

| How do I upgrade my rev 1.xx Software to the new Professional Version? |
Just Download a copy of the Professional Version Software from our Download Page
Click 'Register Now' on the opening screen and Enter your original Registration Key.
The new software is now registered - Free of Charge!
To Use your existing Contacts, select the Import Data option on the Tools Menu, select the rev 1.xx Contacts Database ('Contact Management.mdb'), then click ok. All your data will be imported into the new program. |
